SUBMIT A RETURN 

- We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchanges from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs.100/- will be deducted at the time of refund per product in the order.

- We also offer, a store credit of the full amount/actual billing amount of the product(s) i.e reverse shipment fee will not be deducted.

- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse pick up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the product(s) are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn/altered a refund would not be provided.

- Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. 

- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a Store Credit will be provided after the product(s) are received back to us and the store credit will be sent to your registered contact number or email id.

- Shipping Charges if any are non-refundable.

- If you used a promo code or discount at the time of purchase, you will be credited only for the final amount you paid after using the promo code.

How to return ?

You can initiate the returns by clicking 'SUBMIT RETURN' tab in footer and submit your details. 

Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return.

Specify the account in which you would like the refund amount to be credited.

Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button. 

You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.

Reverse pick up will be done from our side wherever feasible. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.

Please note that we do not solve customer queries on WhatsApp. 

Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 

JJ56 may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply. 

*Please note while returning the final decision will be made by our team and if we find any issue with your return order it might get rejected* 

*Please note when you submit your return our team may contact you and ask for pictures or proof if required and after evaluating your return/refund might get processed. It can take upto a week so please be patient*  

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact

Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE :

-We offer a free first exchange of the product for all our customers.

-Exchange can be done only for the same product, same color for a better size/fit, defect or wrong item delivered.
*note the exchange will be done on the sizes available with us. If not a refund will be initiated.

-We do not offer any returns/gift cards/store credits during any sale period. We only offer exchange.

- Exchange will be just once. For first time exchange no fees will be charged, while second time exchange will be a return. A reverse shipment fee of Rs.100/- will be deducted at the time of refund per product in the order. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a Store Credit will be provided after the product(s) are received back to us.

-All coupon codes/ gift cards/ store credits must be used within 90 days from the issuance date.
